Advantages of Singleuse Metal COPs
Light Weight with more strength compared to Multi use Cops.
Can be used for nearly minimum 10 cycle as compared to Normal Cop cycle of 2 or 3 Maximum. Normal ERW Cops will have only 1 cycle & are chances of collapse in first cycle also.
Cost per cycle will be Rs 7.00 as against cost of Normal cop of Rs 15.00 to Rs 18.00 & Normal ERW cop of Rs 40.00 per cycle.
Maintenance of Spindle & Bolster also will reduce due to Light Weight.
Cheap compare to Super High Strength.
